Usage
- Place 1–2 teaspoons of matcha powder into a bowl.
- Add about 60–80 ml of hot water (not boiling, ~80°C / 176°F).
- Whisk briskly in a "W" or zig-zag motion until a smooth, frothy layer forms on top.
Care
- Rinse with warm water immediately after use.
- Shake off excess water and let air dry naturally, prongs up.
- Avoid detergents or scrubbing to preserve the bamboo.
- Store in a well-ventilated area or on a whisk holder to maintain shape.
